Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations. We regularly gather and monitor customers feedback and have a customer complaints procedure in place.
The selection of our suppliers and their performance is regularly reviewed to ensure our quality standards are upheld.
It is the policy of the organisation to commit to, and maintain a Business Management System designed to meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015. In doing so we are committed to increasing operational efficiency, promoting best practices, and continuous improvement by measuring and reviewing our performance.
The organisations Business Management System Manual defines our measurable quality objectives and key procedures which include how we commit to provide adequate physical resources. The BMS Manual is made available is all employees.
All employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.
Wisbech Electrical Ltd will comply with all statutory & regulatory requirements.
To ensure the organisation commits to and maintains its awareness for continuous
improvement, the Directors formulate and implement this policy to ensure that the Business Management System is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit.
The Directors also ensure the continuing suitability of this policy, the organisations quality objectives and the Business Management System as the company grows and develops in the future.
The requirements of the organisations Business Management System are mandatory and all personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
