Huge congratulations to Josh, who has passed his AM2 with flying colours, and to Jacob, who successfully passed his AM2 in the Autumn 👏
Both have now completed their apprenticeships with Wisbech Electrical and are officially fully qualified electricians, further strengthening our growing industrial and commercial team. This is a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of the hard work, commitment, and dedication they have shown throughout their training journey.
The AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) is the final practical assessment required to become a fully qualified electrician and is recognised across the industry as a major milestone. The assessment tests a wide range of practical skills and knowledge, including installation work, inspection and testing, fault finding, safe isolation procedures, and working safely and efficiently to industry standards under timed conditions. Passing the AM2 is a huge accomplishment and demonstrates the high level of competence needed to work professionally within the electrical industry.
At Wisbech Electrical, we are passionate about investing in apprenticeships and developing the next generation of skilled electricians. Supporting apprentices from their first days in the trade through to becoming fully qualified engineers is something we are incredibly proud of, and achievements like these are a great example of the opportunities apprenticeships can create.
Josh and Jacob should both be extremely proud of what they have achieved, and we’re excited to see them continue to grow and develop within the business as part of our future.
A fantastic achievement and a great way to continue building for the future! ⚡
