Electrical apprenticeships - get qualified while getting paid
Are you aged 18-21 years of age and ready for a new challenge?
Electrical engineering can lead to a career full of exciting opportunities. If you want to learn new skills, gain qualifications and get paid while you learn, then why not join our team as an electrical apprentice?
Get paid to train - and learn from our expert, friendly team
As an apprentice you'll learn on the job, helping to install electrical systems under the supervision of our engineers. You'll visit different sites, learning about the latest electrical technology with many opportunities to build valuable practical skills.
As well as getting paid while you train, you'll also receive dedicated support and expert guidance throughout your time with us, ensuring you get the most out of your training program.
Industry recognised qualifications - helping you get ahead
Your electrical apprenticeship will run for four years, after which you'll be a fully qualified electrical engineer. You'll combine practical work with college study to gain City & Guild qualifications, NVQ Level 3, and an AM2 electrical engineering qualification.
Your apprenticeship is provided in conjunction with the ECITB (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) and is recognised as one of the best routes towards becoming a qualified electrician.
Helping you achieve your goals
As a growing company, we often keep on apprentices after they've qualified. In fact almost two thirds of our team are made up of Apprentices who have either qualified or are still in training. We're always on the look-out for enthusiastic new starters, and we have a strong team of engineers that are keen to help you achieve success.
We're committed to supporting you throughout your apprenticeship too, with an in-house training academy and apprentice portal, as well as a wealth of experience within our team. We work closely with the College of West Anglia to support you through every aspect of your course.
Our Achievements
In 2022, we earned a place among the UK’s Top 50 SME Employers for Apprenticeships, securing the number 33 spot. This national award celebrates employers who go above and beyond in offering high-quality apprenticeship training, outstanding support, and clear progression opportunities. Being recognised on this prestigious list underscores our dedication to nurturing future talent and helping apprentices build long-term, rewarding careers.
