💚 856 Steps for Mental Health



Following on from World Mental Health Day on Friday, one of our team members, Luke, took on an incredible challenge over the weekend — and did it wearing his work uniform with pride.



Luke completed The ‘Lee’ Workout:


💪 856 box step-ups for time, in memory of Lee Calton, who tragically died by suicide in 2021.



This workout, created by the 856 Foundation, is inspired by the well-known CHAD Workout — honoring a Navy SEAL veteran lost to suicide, and aimed at raising awareness around men's mental health and suicide prevention.



Luke took on this gruelling challenge not only to test his own mental resilience, but to stand shoulder to shoulder with his gym community, raising awareness and showing that support and strength can be found in shared struggle.



We’re incredibly proud to have people like Luke on our team — showing that mental health matters, conversations are important, and real change starts with action. 💚
